This method of partial swimming pool removal can be done in a few steps. First, the concrete is carefully and gradually removed from the pool area with jackhammers or other tools. Then, the area that was once occupied by the concrete is filled with gravel and soil. This helps to ensure that any remaining areas are leveled out. Finally, any remaining debris is cleared away and the area can be landscaped as desired.

Full Pool Abatement

For the full demolition and removal of your swimming pool, we will begin by breaking up the existing concrete structure and hauling it away. We will then dig out any remaining materials such as metal, pipes, and lining. Once the area is cleared, it will be filled in with soil and gravel to level off the space. The area can then be used for other purposes such as lawns, gardens, patios or even new swimming pools. We are certified to properly dispose of any hazardous materials encountered during demolition and can provide documentation upon request.

Commercial/Indoor Removal

Once the existing water has been pumped out, our demolition specialists will then begin to break up the walls, floor and stairs of the pool using specialized tools. Once these materials have been removed from the site, we will fill in the empty space with soil, grass seed or concrete depending on your preference. We can even create a new patio or deck surrounding the area for a vibrant outdoor entertaining space. Lastly, we will cover all excavation efforts with topsoil and finish off with a layer of sod or pavers.

Vinyl Liner Removal

Afterwards, the specialists will level and compact the area to ensure that it is suitable for its new purpose. They will also make sure all debris is removed from the site and dispose of it safely. Finally, they will finish up with a thorough clean-up of the area to make sure it looks ready for its new purpose.
